Privacy Policy

Gmail MCP Hub is run by Hamza Shafique. This page explains what it stores and why.

What we store

When you sign in, we keep your Google account ID and email address so we know which Gmail accounts are yours. When you add a Gmail account, we store the access credentials Google issues for it. They are kept securely and used only to act on your behalf when your assistant asks.

We do not store your email. Messages, attachments and labels are fetched from Gmail when your assistant asks for them and passed straight to the assistant you connected. Nothing is kept, logged or analysed by us afterwards.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, show ads, share anything with third parties, or use your mail to train models. The assistant you connect (for example Anthropic's Claude) receives the mail it requests and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Google API Services

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

Ask your assistant to remove an account and its credentials are deleted right away. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Write to the address below to have everything we hold about you removed.
