Gmail MCP Hub is offered free of charge, as is, with no warranty and no promise of uptime. Use it at your own risk.

You are responsible for the Google accounts you connect and for what your AI assistant does with them. Anything the assistant sends, labels or deletes was done with your access, so review what it proposes before you approve it.

Do not use the service to send spam or to access accounts you do not own.

Your email is not stored

Gmail MCP Hub is a pass-through. When your assistant asks for a message, thread, label or attachment, we fetch it from Gmail at that moment and hand it straight to the assistant. We keep no copy. No message bodies, subjects, senders, attachments, search results or drafts are written to disk, cached, logged or indexed on our side, and nothing you send through the service is retained after it is delivered.

The only things we hold are your Google account ID and email address, the names you give your accounts, and the access credentials Google issues so we can act on your behalf. Removing an account deletes its credentials immediately. Revoking access in your Google account settings has the same effect.

We never read your mail ourselves, use it for analytics or advertising, sell or share it, or use it to train any model.
